Tabernacle participates in Upward Basketball. This program is geared as an outreach to area students as a way to pull our community together while teaching kids about the sport. This annual program is held in the late winter and early spring and coordinates church leadership, coaches, and families for fun and exciting Saturday games where children find great value in being part of a team. The kids are rewarded for their effort, not for winning. Each child is assigned a prayer partner volunteer with the goal of leading them and their families to Jesus.
