I truly appreciate you taking the time to communicate with me! We at TBC never want to turn someone away from ministry. But not everyone has the same gifts. If you wish to be a part of this important ministry for our church, there WILL be a way for you to contribute with the gifts and abilities God has given to you.

Be realistic in your goals…if you have a musical talent, we want you to use that! If you have a gift for sound ministry, that is just as important! Please take some time to read over our worship team handbook. Prepare to discuss any questions or thoughts when your audition time comes.
